Rui Fonseca
This is Rui! He has been part of dstelecom for almost six years as a telecommunications technician, and if there is one thing that defines him, it is the desire to “never stand still.” He enjoys a dynamic day-to-day routine out in the field, where every challenge brings something different.
For him, working at dstelecom has been “quite important,” both professionally and personally. Over time, he says he has evolved and that his knowledge today is “broader than when I started,” which he sees as a real advantage. “I believe I add a lot of value to the company and, at the same time, dstelecom has also contributed to my development and growth,” he tells us.
About the environment, he says it is “very healthy.” He values the clarity of the hierarchy, but above all he highlights respect and equal communication: “everyone’s opinion is considered, regardless of their position in the company—this is one of the things I value most.”
In his free time, he swaps work for the pitch. Football is the way he has found to stay on the move and recharge his energy.
With expectations of continuing to grow and contribute to dstelecom’s success, Rui is undoubtedly another example that talent and dedication go hand in hand.
