What will yo do?

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the fiber optic network infrastructure;
Diagnose and resolve FTTH network faults quickly and accurately, ensuring high customer satisfaction;
Support service installations, ensuring compliance with the company’s technical and operational standards;
Manage and control the team’s material stock, ensuring resources are always available;
Collaborate with other technical teams and control/supervision centers, promoting effective communication and fast incident resolution;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes by identifying optimization opportunities.

Escolaridade mínima obrigatória;
Experiência mínima de 2 anos em telecomunicações, especialmente em Redes de Fibra Ótica;
Capacidade de leitura e análise de projetos FTTH;
Experiência na realização de ensaios de redes FTTH;
Carta de condução de ligeiros (obrigatório);
Residência preferencial na zona a que te candidatas;
Excelente comunicação e espírito de equipa;
Sentido de responsabilidade, proatividade, flexibilidade e resiliência;
Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
Determinação e empenho na concretização dos objetivos.
