FTTH Network Supervisor

- Supervise, guide, and support Customer Network teams in their daily operations;
- Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on network infrastructures and equipment;
- Ensure that all resources required for installations are always available, guaranteeing efficient management of materials, equipment, and tools;
- Monitor service quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company and customer standards;
- Resolve operational issues and technical queries, continuously improving the customer experience;
- Ensure Customer Network teams are constantly updated on new technologies and best practices established by the company;
- Prepare and present periodic reports on team performance and operational results;
- Act as the technical point of contact between dstelecom, clients, and other local entities, ensuring efficient and transparent communication.
What are we looking for?
- Mandatory minimum education level;
- At least 5 years of experience in telecommunications, especially in Fiber Optic Networks (FTTH);
- Training in Electronics and Telecommunications Networks (preferred);
- Knowledge of Customer Networks, including Fiber Optic (FO), Copper Pair (CP), and Coaxial Cable (CC) technologies (preferred);
- Ability to read and analyze FTTH project designs;
- Experience performing FTTH network testing;
- Good level of English;
- Valid driving license (mandatory);
- Preferably resident in the area you are applying for;
- Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit;
- Sense of responsibility, proactivity, flexibility, and resilience;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
