What will yo do?

  • Supervise, guide, and support Customer Network teams in their daily operations;
  • Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on network infrastructures and equipment;
  • Ensure that all resources required for installations are always available, guaranteeing efficient management of materials, equipment, and tools;
  • Monitor service quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company and customer standards;
  • Resolve operational issues and technical queries, continuously improving the customer experience;
  • Ensure Customer Network teams are constantly updated on new technologies and best practices established by the company;
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on team performance and operational results;
  • Act as the technical point of contact between dstelecom, clients, and other local entities, ensuring efficient and transparent communication.

What are we looking for?

  • Mandatory minimum education level;
  • At least 5 years of experience in telecommunications, especially in Fiber Optic Networks (FTTH);
  • Training in Electronics and Telecommunications Networks (preferred);
  • Knowledge of Customer Networks, including Fiber Optic (FO), Copper Pair (CP), and Coaxial Cable (CC) technologies (preferred);
  • Ability to read and analyze FTTH project designs;
  • Experience performing FTTH network testing;
  • Good level of English;
  • Valid driving license (mandatory);
  • Preferably resident in the area you are applying for;
  • Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit;
  • Sense of responsibility, proactivity, flexibility, and resilience;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
