[XVIII State of the Nation] 18 editions later, we continue to challenge what has been done to imagine what still needs to be done!

In March, we were at the Convento do Beato to celebrate achieving 7th place among the best companies to work for in Portugal, in the category of 201 to 500 employees.

About a week ago, we gathered the crew for another edition of Fibra D’Ouro, an event designed to celebrate what we value most in our company: our people.

[XVII State of the Nation] After an intense first semester and as we prepare for the challenges of the end of the year, we gathered the crew and aligned our course with our eyes on the future.

At dstelecom, we believe that the well-being and quality of life of our employees are fundamental. Therefore, we offer facilities where our employees find everything they need to take care of themselves and their families.

On April 19th, we gathered to celebrate not only 16 years of history, but also our most recent achievements. Amidst smiles and toasts, we shared unique moments and celebrated our journey together.

This month, we celebrate each chapter, each achievement and challenge. But how do you define 16 years of journey in one word?

Last Friday, we brought our teams together for what was already the 5th edition of the Fibra D’Ouro awards.

At dstelecom, we celebrate and empower women, not just today, but every day. We advocate for equal pay, greater representation in leadership positions, protection in situations of physical and/or psychological violence, and access to training.

We are admittedly a company made of people! At a time when we are taking stock and charting new courses, we remember an afternoon where good spirits and teamwork were the watchwords.
