dstelecom was founded in 2008 with the mission of eliminating geographical barriers and allowing all Portuguese people – from the coast to the interior – to have the same opportunity to interact with the digital world through the most modern communication networks. To that end, we built, operate, and maintain the first and largest multi-operator fiber optic network in Europe.
Today, all telecommunications operators operating in Portugal make their services available to the end consumer through this fiber optic network.
