Aware that happiness at work is directly linked to a healthy environment, we were truly honored, on April 7, to be recognized by the Portuguese Psychologists Association, in partnership with ACT and the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, with the Healthy Workplaces Awards’22 seal. This distinction acknowledges our strong commitment to managing psychosocial risks among our employees, as well as to promoting conditions that support their health and well-being.
The main objective of this initiative was to recognize Portuguese organizations with management practices that promote safety, well-being, and health in the workplace, while also encouraging and showcasing best guidelines and practices developed in Portugal in the fields of occupational safety, health, and well-being.
One thing we know for sure: happy people build stronger companies, and we will not give up—or deviate even a millimeter—from this path.
