dstelecom has just extended its multi-operator fiber optic network to Entradas, in the municipality of Castro Verde, after reaching the municipality's headquarters in 2019.

The company from Braga guarantees that “the population can contract telecommunications services with more speed, greater bandwidth and better quality”.

Ensuring full coverage of the parish, the company states that “the aim of this extension is to contribute to boosting local economies, creating opportunities for commerce and tourism and facilitating access to remote work, health services and distance education”.

With this reinforcement, there will be a total of “around 3,500 families in a position to choose between the main telecommunications operators operating in Portugal and which make their services available to the end consumer via this fiber optic network, including the population of the town of Castro Verde, which has also benefited from the expansion of the infrastructure,” reveals dstelecom.
