dstelecom announced that, in Vila Real de Santo António, its optical fiber network now covers all locations in the municipality. Furthermore, it revealed that the infrastructure reaches more than 20,500 homes.

Since all operators operating in Portugal make their services available to the end consumer through this digital highway, citizens of Monte Gordo, Vila Nova de Cacela and Vila Real de Santo António will have freedom of choice when subscribing to television and internet packages and telephone.

Remember that the purpose of dstelecom is to bring fiber optics to areas of the country where there is a greater digital need and contribute not only to the settlement of the population, but also to the creation of new opportunities for the region. At the moment, the company covers more than 770 thousand homes in 140 municipalities, but hopes to reach 1 million homes by 2024.
