On May 22, dstelecom was awarded level 1 of the Healthy Workplaces Seal, which means that it obtained more than 90% of the total score on the Good Workplace Practices Checklist.

At dstelecom, our employees are a priority and their well-being is just as important as the business results. This seal is not just recognition, but proof of our constant commitment to promoting a happier and healthier environment.

The title is awarded by the Order of Portuguese Psychologists (OPP) and the ceremony took place in the Salão Nobre of the Ministry of Finance. Francisco Miranda Rodrigues, president of the OPP, expressed the importance of these awards by saying that “it doesn't mean that everything is perfect, it never is. But the effort made by organizations must be recognized and good practices can serve as an example to others who want to implement them”.

The initiative, which is part of the partnership with ACT (Authority for Working Conditions) and EU-OSHA (European Agency for Safety and Health at Work), was sponsored by the President of the Republic, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labor, Solidarity and Social Security.
